France 1667 AE Medallion (Restrike) Capture of Coutrai by Louis XIV, King being crowned by Victory with River Gods Scaldis & Lisa Kneeling before King. 89mm diameter, Almost Extremely Fine, small edge bruise at 12 0’clock, a RARE medal, and as this is struck so well and has the edge marked with the word “Bronze” We believe this to be a restrike of the original piece, some digs to the reverse and minor indent to obverse.
